What types of benefits does the Town offer?
The Town pays 100% of the premiums for employee medical, dental and vision insurance; it pays 75% of the premiums for dependent coverage.

Employees receive 10 paid holidays per year, 1 floating holiday, and 1 day of sick leave per month. In the first year of employment, employees earn 10 paid vacation days; the number of paid vacation days increases by 1 day for each year of employment, to a maximum of 20 days per year.

Employees contribute 4% of their salary to retirement. The Town matches this amount. The employee's contribution vests immediately; the amount matched by the Town vests after 5 years.

Employees can participate in a deferred compensation plan.

The Town also offers a cafeteria plan to reimburse employees for dependent care expenses and medical expenses.
