Our Mission
It is the earnest desire of the New Castle Recreation Department to provide recreational and leisure opportunities for all members of our community. As our town grows, so do the needs and desires of our community. Therefore this department must grow as well. In order for the recreation department to be informed of the changing needs and desires of our community, we need input from you. Please take some time to fill out a Comments Form and return it to us. This will aid us in our endeavor to meet the community’s needs.

Please remember that registration does not guarantee you a space in the class. We will notify you if a class is full, cancelled, or rescheduled. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $15 processing fee.

Summer Soccer Camps
There will be two soccer camps this summer at VIX Ranch Park: TetraBrazil Camp from July 5 through July 9, and Challenger British Soccer Camp from July 26 through July 30.
