It is the earnest desire of the New Castle Recreation Department to provide recreational and leisure opportunities for all members of our community. As our town grows, so do the needs and desires of our community. Therefore this department must grow as well. In order for the recreation department to be informed of the changing needs and desires of our community, we need input from you. Please take some time to fill out a Comments Form and return it to us. This will aid us in our endeavor to meet the community’s needs.

Please remember that registration does not guarantee you a space in the class. We will notify you if a class is full, cancelled, or rescheduled. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $15 processing fee.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers and donations are welcomed in every aspect of our Recreation Department. If you would like to contribute your time to any of our programs, volunteer applications are available at the Community Center and Town Hall.
