The Planning Department is responsible for current planning, long range planning, and administration of the zoning and subdivision regulations of the Town.
Planning Department staff members:
·Advise the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Adjustment
·Answer questions related to property zoning and land development
·Prepare and maintain current and long range planning documents
·Assist the New Castle Police Department with enforcement of the Municipal Code
