New Castle Senior HousingThe New Castle Senior Housing Campus is located along Castle Valley Boulevard just west of Hogback Skate Park. It has 24 single story, wood frame apartments, located in 5 buildings, with a community center and a manager’s apartment. Each apartment is about 540 square feet in size, and contains a living room/dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Tenants must be at least 62 years old with an income below 30 percent of the area median income. Rent is based on 30 percent of tenant income.
