Land Development
The Planning Department is responsible for current planning, long range planning, and administration of the zoning and subdivision regulations of the Town.
Planning Department staff members:
- Advise the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
- Answer questions related to property zoning and land development.
- Prepare and maintain current and long range planning documents.
- Assist the New Castle Police Department with enforcement of the Municipal Code.
