The Town of New Castle will be accepting sealed bids for the 2021 streets maintenance projects. The projects consist of asphalt milling, overlay and patching.
Bid schedules and copies of the Town of New Castle Streets Maintenance Standards may be picked up at the Town Public Works office. 801 West Main Street, New Castle Colorado.
Bidders must submit 2 copies of their bid in one sealed envelope to the Town of New Castle. Mail or hand deliver the sealed bids to the Town Clerk at PO Box 90 New Castle, CO 81647. Please place both bids in one envelope labeled “2021 Streets Maintenance Projects, ATTN: Dave Gray”. Deadline for submitting bids is March 3rd, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. and bids will be opened immediately after submittal dead line. All bidders will be notified of the results.
Questions may be directed to the Town of New Castle, Public Works Department (ATTN: Dave Gray 970-984-0669), through Wednesday March 3rd, 2021 till 2:30 p.m.
The Town may cancel the solicitation for bids, and any bid or proposal may be rejected in whole, or in part, for good cause when in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept what is in its judgement the best bid.
