Planning

The Planning Department is responsible for current planning, long range planning, and administration of the zoning and subdivision regulations of the Town. Planning Department staff members:

• Advise the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Adjustment.
• Answer questions related to property zoning and land development.
• Prepare and maintain current and long range planning documents.
• Assist the New Castle Police Department with enforcement of the Municipal Code.
