Bulk Water

New Castle has a bulk water station located at 801 W Main Street across from the Public Works Office. This station is accessible 24/7 and operates by either a keypad for your purchased bulk water account or by credit card reader for your convenience.

You may establish a bulk water account with the town by completing the below application and retuning it to Town Hall, 450 W Main St.
