Mountain Waste is the proud provider for New Castle
- Place containers curbside by 7:00 A.M.
- Leave 3 feet of clearance around each container
- Containers should sit between the road and sidewalk, not impeding auto or pedestrian traffic
- Recycling containers are for recyclables only, they will not be emptied if they contain trash
- During the winter make sure the containers are placed in accessible location free of snow and ice
